Prompt service. Liked call from crew confirming they would be at house in 10-15 min. Crew was very professional and friendly. Walked through areas to be cleaned with me and indicated whether additional chemicals would be needed, keep pet and people away from wet spots for extra time. After work completed the team walked through all areas with me for my approval of the great job they did. Would definitely recommend the company and this team to others.(more)

	STEP 1 : Vacuum the carpet thoroughly.

	STEP 2 : Sprinkle +/- 50g of SPOTLESS onto one square meter at a time (15g / seat for upholstery).

	STEP 3 : Brush SPOTLESS into the carpet pile using a criss-cross rubbing action, this can be done with a stiff brush or a dedicated brushing machine.

	STEP 4 : Allow one hour for SPOTLESS to work. Vacuum the carpet thoroughly.

* Depending on pile thickness and carpet construction....less is more, so rather do 2 separate applications than apply too much at once.
